Therapy Services

My approach is rooted in Mindfulness Based Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT)-which focuses on emotions that may keep you stuck and Radically Open (RO) DBT-which focuses on values to help you become unstuck. In addition, I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP), typically used for OCD and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) for PTSD. Together we will determine the right treatment for you in order to process emotions, acknowledge behavior patterns, set goals and learn coping skills that move you toward living within your values.

Currently I am accepting new clients. I offer tele-health and in person services Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm. My office is located in Bellevue where I see clients in person, Monday and Thursday.

To me, therapy is an opportunity and sometimes necessary step in making changes in your life, healing past emotional wounds, and understanding who you are and what you need in order to thrive.
